Wells Fargo Bank will close its main office at 401 S. College Ave. on Sept. 9 and eventually put the downtown building on the market. Regional banking senior manager Amanda Fabrizio sent a letter to customers in early June saying that on Sept. 12, a new branch will open at 460 S. College Ave., next to the city's newest Target, and the existing office across the street will permanently close.The bank signed a 10-year lease for about 3,600 square feet next to Target with building owner LC Real Estate Group of Loveland.
